JOB Description:
As IT Service Manager in the field of Analytics your main accountabilities will be to:
Apply analytics governance safeguarding trusted data sources and reporting, overseeing distribution and use
Preparing and implementing the analytics roadmap to increase security, reliability, reuse, data quality, and utility
of the service
Cooperate efficiently with your colleagues in the IT department and with the Business Product Owner for
reporting and analytics
Maintain close communication with stakeholders and invest in understanding their processes, data, vision, and
issues in close collaboration with the Analytics Product Owner
Oversee the transformation of existing Extract/Transform/Load (ETL), report on solutions and new
implementations
Develop, communicate, and maintain new requirements as well as data, quality, reporting, and change
management policies
Provide training and second level support to stakeholders
