As IT Service Manager in the field of Analytics your main accountabilities will be to:  Apply analytics governance safeguarding trusted data sources and reporting, overseeing distribution and use  Preparing and implementing the analytics roadmap to increase security, reliability, reuse, data quality, and utility of the service  Cooperate efficiently with your colleagues in the IT department and with the Business Product Owner for reporting and analytics  Maintain close communication with stakeholders and invest in understanding their processes, data, vision, and issues in close collaboration with the Analytics Product Owner  Oversee the transformation of existing Extract/Transform/Load (ETL), report on solutions and new implementations  Develop, communicate, and maintain new requirements as well as data, quality, reporting, and change management policies  Provide training and second level support to stakeholders
