Reporting to the Head of Information and Communication Technologies Unit (and under supervision of the respective Head of Sector), the main duties related to this position are:  managing programme and projects established for delivery of complex IT systems for Frontex operational activities operating across various security domains by large number of various types of users;  managing portfolios of projects;  planning, organizing and coordinating the work of institutional stakeholders and project teams of users, ICT administrators, maintenance personnel and contractors;  leading software development processes performed by multiple distributed teams in modern SDLC;  managing quality for software development;  acting as focal point and business partner representing ICT to specific business areas;  managing of efficient handover of ICT systems from delivery phase to operations and their maintenance;  procuring complex ICT solutions and services;  managing contracts in delivery projects;  developing and improving ICT capabilities, processes and tools in scope of project management;  contributing to ICT budgeting processes;  contributing to development of other processes in ICT Unit;  contributing to the development of enterprise architecture and ICT systems architectures;
