JOB Description: 
Job description Overall purpose The jobholder shall contribute to the HR activities of the Agency and provide expertise in the area of responsibilities, thus contributing to achieving the objectives of the work programme assigned to the Unit and the general objectives of EFCA. Functions and duties Reporting to the Head of Unit Resources and IT, and as regards the day-to-day work, under the direct supervision of the Head of Sector Human Resources and Legal, the tasks of the jobholder may include, in particular: - Coordinate the development, review and update of the Agency’s HR policies, rules, procedures and processes and ensure their implementation; - Coordinate the implementation of the digitalisation of HR processes, e.g. Sysper; - Coordinate the planning and organisation of selection procedures, including participation in selection panels; - Coordinate the compliance of HR activities with personal data protection requirements; - Ensure correct application of the EU Staff Regulations and Conditions of Employment of Other Servants of the European Union (CEOS) as well as relevant implementing rules; - Gather, process and analyse staff-related data and contribute to HR reports and statistics for various stakeholders; - Provide advice and guidance to staff on HR related matters; - Organise the on-boarding process of newcomers; - Other tasks as assigned.
