JOB Description: 
Reporting to the Head of Unit (and under the supervision of the respective Head of Sector), the main duties related to this post are:  - Develop tailored system engineering processes for the acquisition and through-life management for the Agency’s naval, aerial and terrestrial assets.  - Develop and maintain system requirement specifications and system interface design documents related to the naval, aerial and terrestrial equipment: • prepare technical requirements, their tracking using the established tools and develop requirements documents; • prepare system level specifications and drawings; • prepare Configuration Item/Equipment Procurement Specifications; • prepare interface requirements specifications, interface and installation control drawings; • prepare related material including system functional, performance, physical, design and construction descriptions, engineering plans, cost and schedule estimates; • participate in reviews with internal/external customers.  - Develop system/subsystem integration, validation, verification and acceptance test procedures, related to the aforementioned assets; Participate in system and subsystem integration, verification and acceptance testing and generate appropriate test reports: • record test results and prepares test reports; • assist with integrated logistics support activities including analysis, technical publications and interface control documents.  - Support development for system, hardware and software requirements and design related to agency’s naval, aerial and terrestrial assets to assure that system requirements are met: • support qualification activities and develop qualification plans; manage the applicable design reviews; • contribute to the established risk management system and apply risk reduction/mitigation approaches during the project lifecycle; • ensure implementation of the principles of quality assurance and quality control.  - Manage stakeholders and represent the Pooled Resources Unit at internal and external fora.
